Yes! If you are running on the new OhMiBod App version 4.0 we do not associate any user activities with an email or name.
Versions below 4.0 using G+ as a connection gateway: When signing in using your gmail account from within the App, it will default to "share activity publicly"—just select "Only You" to make your activity private—not visible to anyone but you. You can also manage or change your App activity settings within G+ under Home -> Settings-> Manage Apps & Activities.

If you are at least 18 years old and select "Private" in the account set up, only people who know your FULL username will be able to search for you and send you a connection request. If you are at least 18 years and select "Public" then your username is searchable in part. Example: If your username is "SexySuki" and someone searches "sexy", your username and photo will appear in the search results.

Yes with the exception of the LoveLife and the Club Vibe products. The Freestyle wireless range will operate with WiFi when the transmitter is connected to the smartphone or tablet.

You have to be on a network (data or WiFi) and you have to be logged into your OhMiBod account. If you are on a version below 4.0 you need to be connected via G+.

No. You'll be able to establish a connection with no vibrator connected on either side. An alert will notify you that no vibrator is connected but you may still be able to log orgasms, view your Oh-Dometer, chat and send pictures within the app.

Yes. If you are controlling another connection's vibrator, you may still connect your own vibrator and the patterns you choose will mimic your connections vibes.

Yes. To conserve battery life, the vibrator will automatically power down if there is no signal received after 15 minutes. To re-pair your vibrator simply push and hold the power button for 3-4 seconds. The vibe should automatically be paired back to your smartphone/tablet. If it doesn't connect, simply access the Bluetooth settings and re-connect.

The app will only send vibrations to your vibrator when the app is open and active. If you close the app, the vibrations will stop and the sender will be notified. If you open the app again, vibrations will continue as long as your vibrator is still connected.

Simply wait for a minute and try re-connecting. It might be that your data signal is weak on yours or your partner’s side. (Recent connections can be accessed under connections in the menu bar.)
