How can I place my order?
You can order our products from our website via our secure and discreet online system. Every time you click "add to cart", you will have an opportunity to view your cart and you may add to or delete items from your order. When you are satisfied with your selections, you will then be prompted to create a customer ID and password or if you are returning registered customer, you will be prompted to "sign in" using your customer ID and password.
How secure is my order when ordering through your website?
Your online orders are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Ordering through our web site with a credit card is as secure as using your credit card in any retail store.
Why do I need to create an account to place an order?
We require you to create an account so that you can have access to your order history and tracking information for orders shipped.
Will you give out my ordering information to third parties?
No! OhMiBod does not sell or distribute customer information in any way. If you choose to receive updates about new products by joining our email list, we will use your information for OhMiBod updates only. We hate receiving spam, so we will not send it to you!
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard®, Visa®, American Express® and Discover® cards.
When is my credit card charged for orders placed through your site?
We charge you credit card when your order ships. When your order is placed, we place an authorization on your card, but the funds are not removed until we ship it out.
Do you accept any other payment methods?
We also accept payment via Paypal. Just click on the "Pay with PayPal" button located at the bottom of your shopping cart.
How will my purchase appear on my credit card statement?
Your purchase will appear as a charge from Suki, LLC.
Does OhMiBod store my credit card information?
No, unless you ask us to when you are checking out
or updating your OhMiBod account profile.
Do you charge sales tax?
No. We operate out of the state of New Hampshire
and are not required to collect sales tax.
Can I send your products as a gift?
Yes. In fact, we think our products are one of the
few gifts that keep on giving! You will just need
to click the "gift" option at checkout.
We will ship the product with a packing slip that
does not show the pricing. You also have the
option of choosing to have the product gift
wrapped for a nominal fee.
How are my orders shipped to me?
We ship all of our orders discreetly. Your orders will arrive in a standard brown corrugated box sent via the UPS delivery of your choice. We ship using recycled and biodegradable materials whenever possible. The return address label on the package is from Suki, LLC.
Where are orders shipped from?
All of our orders are shipped from our distribution center in the state of New Hampshire in the United States.
How soon will I receive my order?
We ship out all orders within two business days after order receipt. Please allow up to a week for delivery. Expedited shipping options are also available.
Who covers duties and taxes on international orders?
The order recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes applicable in the
country of delivery.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes! We are able to ship to addresses with a PO Box, APO and FPO addresses.
Do you ship to Mexico?
Yes, we ship orders to Mexico.
How can I contact a customer care representative at OhMiBod?
The best way to contact customer care is by email at email@example.com. If you wish to speak with someone directly, please call us at 1-866-573-0366 x2. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. A customer care representative will get back to you within 1 business day.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return any item purchased from OhMiBod.com, you may return it unopened (i.e. shrink wrap intact) within 21 days of receipt for a store credit, refund or exchange. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened and/or used.
We will accept returns for all defective items falling within the guidelines of our warranty policy for any particular OhMiBod product. Our warranty policy for each product can be found at the end of the user manual. Upon receipt of a defective item, we will either issue you a store credit, exchange, refund or replacement. When returning an item, please contact customer care for an RA (return authorization) number to facilitate quick returns and replacements or refunds.
Are your products sold with batteries?
Most of our battery operated vibrators ship with batteries included. However, please refer to the "includes" section on any given product page to confirm if batteries are, indeed, included.
What batteries are used with your products?
Each product is different, so please refer to the "specs" section of a specific vibrator to understand the batteries required for operation.
What type of material are your vibes made of?
All of our vibrators are made out of premium grade hypoallergenic non-toxic, non-porous ABS plastic and/or silicone. They are all latex and phthalate free. Please refer to the "specs" section of a particular product's web page on our website for the information regarding the material of that specific vibrator.
Are your vibrators waterproof?
No. Due to the nature of our products' design and the electronic components in the end cap of our music vibrators and non-music vibrators, please do not submerse in water.
