Orders
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information such as, name, billing address shipping address, email, and telephone number for international and express orders only and financial information such as, type of credit card, credit card number, CCV number & expiration date.

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

You may give us your email address if a product is currently out of stock. We will then contact you via email to inform you that the item is available again to purchase.

Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you to enter in your friend's email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Whether OhMiBod is shipping to your home, to your work or to a gift recipient, the delivery will be totally discreet. Our packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents, so your goods will arrive without a hint at what's inside. All of our orders are shipped in plain packaging with "Suki LLC" as the sender. We love our logo, but it does not appear anywhere on the outside of the shipping box. Inside the box, however, you will find our packaging with all the fun that goes with it.

No Unsolicited Correspondence

OhMiBod does not make unsolicited phone calls, or send unsolicited email or postal mail. We will never send you correspondence unless 1) you are on our mailing list or beta team, or 2) it is required to complete your transaction. Email is sent to confirm your order, to notify you about backorders, and to supply you with the tracking number for your shipment. We only contact customers by phone when there is a question regarding an order.
